I had been making jewelry since I was 14 years old. My older sister had to do a book report for school and invited me to go along with her to the library. While she was working hard on her report I was studying books on how to make jewelry. I checked a few out and I was hooked. Mostly, I make things for family and friends. I've done some craft shows but I was lucky to make what I paid for the table, most days. Everyone in the Pittsburgh area seems to pick jewelry to sell at craft shows, so I gave up the shows, but not making the jewelry.
