My mom and I both love all aspects of Nature and the beauty of its creations. We have collected rocks and minerals from little shops we come across on vacations and trips across the US. But what do you do with them once you bring them home? Sit them on a shelf or put them in a box to gather dust shut off from the rest of the world, their stories rarely told of their and your adventures.
So I decided to carry them with me and share them with the world. The best way to do that was learn how to visibly carry them around, because no one can see them in your pocket (although there's a good chance you'll find me with a rock or two in my pocket). After a few years of doing basic twists with hobby wire, my mom suggested to take a class that taught working with silver and a few basic techniques and tools.
Now that I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from people that have received gifts and custom pieces that I made, I've decided to hone my craft and challenge myself to learn new designs and techniques. I've asked my mom to help me get my creations out there and provide a different perspective. So now we're taking this to the next level and trying to turn our passion into a business.
