Blue Lotus

Learning some new wire weaving and decided that this little agate teardrop might look nice in a frame so wove some copper wire, hammered and shaped a bit more and then had a conundrum. The teardrop was too long to fit in the frame with a jumpring so I balled the end of some copper wire and secured the teardrop and also made a bail for it. The blades were hammered and then interlaced. It was fun to do and fun to wear so long as I don’t wear a scarf with it to get caught in the prongs.
