Instant gratification compared to other crafts/hobbies. Great meditation/calming properties….and lots of sparkle shiny objects to use!

Linda Foust ...

The creativeness and freedom to create from my wildest imagination if I desire. Relaxing and the gratification from seeing/hearing someone glow with a purchase of a unique item. It’s a passion and I love it.

Anna ...

I am a true magpie and the sparkly things that I can make with jewelry pieces/components and beads of course!

K. Lynn Designs ...

I love being in the zone when I’m creating jewelry. Nothing is on my mind except what I’m doing. It’s a great escape.

Cindy A. ...

I’m a magpie too, but I also have a lifelong profound love of and fascination for rocks, so making jewelry to me is a way to not only wear them but share them with others.

Ann Becker ...

I love coming up with new Designs with different beads. I have been working with beads for a long time. When I was about 6 yrs old I started designing Jewelry and selling my designs. Then I didn’t pick it up again untill about 15 years ago.

Terrie ...

It’s so calming and therapeutic for me to work on a beading project. Even more so, sometimes I just love to sit and look and touch all my beautiful beads! That, in itself, is very enjoyable. Collecting and buying them is more than half the fun!

I love creating things that brings pleasure to others, and knowing that it is an art gift that will last for many, many years.

As mentioned above, it is instant gratification (somewhat … some projects do take quite a bit of time, but the gratification is in watching the beaded work “grow” and take on a beautiful form, and a life of its own!)

Marta ...

Yes, Terri- that’s what I mean! (Sometimes others put into words what we are thinking!) lol! 😉

Having and dealing with multiple sclerosis is very stressful to say the least. I ( my body) can no longer do much of what I use to do, on my own. I need help with a shower,Washing my hair, dressing and un dressing, etc.. I even have to use a baddea( fits into potty to spray water to clean my bottom) and more simple things we take for granted, like losing my eyesight little by little evry day.until we get a chronic disease. So I make my jewelry as a relaxation, help keep my mind off my pain and other things. I love making it. I can’t do it as well as I use to,with the rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. But I have to keep going,I just can’t and don’t want to give up. This is my reasons why I love making jewelry
