Kerr-Vac

Forum: Jewelry Making Tools and Supplies

Greetings all. I am getting back into casting (as a hobby) after a long Hiatus. To that end, I just received a Kerr-Vac 2 piece casting machine (Model No. 5160). One part houses the investment vacuum table and dome, the other houses the casting portion. My problem is the machine did not come with any instructions or (more importantly) a parts list.
I have contacted Kerr twice however, they have not responded with the manuals. I have searched the internet as well to no avail. Does anyone have a manual for this machine that I could get a copy of? A scan copy would be great or I can reimburse for mailing a paper copy.
Thanks in advance, Mike

hi Mike.
I’ll put this in our weekly brief to see if anyone can help you out.

Debbie, Thanks for putting this in the briefing. Unfortunately the manual you listed is for a Centrifugal Casting machine, not a vacuum casting machine.
FYI, I have tried contacting Kerr by sending two emails and calling to leave a message yet no one has bothered to reply.
Any help is appreciated. Downloads, .pdf scan or even a mailed copy would be great.

I wonder if you’d have any luck through ebay?
